We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from TheFavyo. If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your product.

✅ Return Eligibility:

To qualify for a return:

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging.

• The return request must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

• A valid order number and proof of purchase are required.

• Gift cards

• Personalized or custom items

• Items damaged by the customer

• Order number

• Reason for the return

Once your return is approved, we will send you detailed return instructions and a return address.

Important: Do not send your item back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

💸 Refund Process:

After we receive and inspect the returned product:

• You will be notified via email.

• If approved, a refund will be issued within 5 business days to your original payment method.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item is defective or incorrect).

🚚 Return Shipping:
